Electric grease gun features
High-pressure efficiency
Our range of electric grease guns produce outstanding levels of pressure, allowing users to apply lubricants much quicker than with manual methods. These grease guns are capable of producing 500+ bar of pressure, which can force grease into areas that are normally hard to reach without disassembling the mechanism being worked on.
Multiple loading options
Our selection of electric grease guns feature multiple options for loading, offering users maximum flexibility, allowing users to bulk load, suction fill and use standard 400g grease cartridges.
LED work lights
Our range of electric grease guns feature LED work lights that offer better visibility in low light conditions, allowing users to accurately apply lubricant, even in the trickiest spaces. These LED lights are actuated only when the tool is in use resulting in less drain on the battery.
Pump filter screens
Several models of electric grease gun that we stock feature special built-in pump filter screens that stop dirt and debris from passing into the pump mechanism. This helps keep all components clean and functioning properly.

FAQs
How do I load my grease gun?
There are three common ways to load a grease gun: bulk, suction, and cartridge.
To load a grease gun using the bulk method, you need to separate the grease gun head from the barrel. Then insert the open end of the barrel into a container of grease and slowly draw back on the plunger rod to fill the reservoir. Once the plunger rod has been fully withdrawn, lift the open end of the barrel out of the container of grease and reattach the barrel of the grease gun to the head of the grease gun.
To load a grease gun using suction fill, you need to pull back the plunger and lock it at the notch. Then unscrew the nozzle end and place the open end of the grease tube over the hole and push the grease from the tub to the gun.
To load a grease gun using a cartridge, you need to unscrew the cartridge cap and remove any remaining grease from the old cartridge. Then insert a new cartridge and screw on the barrel until it seats against the head.
