Makita DBO180Z 18V LXT 125mm Random Orbit Sander (Body Only)
The Makita DBO180 has been developed as their first cordless random orbit sanders powered by 18V Li-ion batteries. Features compact design with short height and lower centre of gravity for better manoeuvrability. Ergonomically best possible grip design for comfortable handling. Excellent performance as powerful AC model gives high productivity. The DBO180Z has an easy-to-use one touch electronic push button switch with three different speed settings (fast, medium, and low), which can give up to 7,000, 9,500, and 11,000 circles per minute for quicker material removal.
The large 2.8mm random orbital action diameter allows for quick sanding and a surface devoid of swirls. A pad brake is developed to reduce spin-free and increase overall finish, and the pad control system allows for controlled pad speed upon startup. The DBO180Z employs hook and loop, fast change, 125mm abrasive paper with 8 holes. For longer tool life and a cleaner working environment, the switch and bearing are dust sealed. The dust collecting system is effective through the pad. Makita dust extractors can be connected to the DBO180Z without the use of an adaptor.
The Makita DBO180Z sander is supplied body only - batteries and chargers are supplied separately.
