The Makita CS002GZ is a circular saw specifically designed for cutting metal. With a with a maximum depth of cut of 66mm it it cuts through sheet, square and metal tubes with ease. The dry cutting blade produces no sparks, low heat and leaves a clean cut with minimum burr. The powerful and efficient brushless motor increases battery runtime and requires no maintenance.

The CS002GZ features 'active feedback technology' which protects the user by instantly shutting down if the blade suddenly snags. Constant speed control adapts power output from the motor depending on the workload. Other features include soft start, twin LED job lights to improve visibility and anti restart to prevent accidental operation when changing batteries.
