Everbuild MASBR 115 General Purpose Building Mastic 285ml (Brown)

Everflex 115 GP building mastic is an oil based compound intended for general pointing and sealing of many joints in traditional forms of construction. The sealant is rapidly and simply applied by extrusion from a cartridge gun. The product has good adhesion to most clean^ dry surfaces.

MASBR Application:

• Perimeter pointing internally and externally around doors and windows.
• Adheres to concrete, brick, wood, metals and glass without the use of a primer.
• Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low movement vertical building joints.

MASBR Features:

• Overpaintable.
• Adheres to most common surfaces.
• Semi drying - remains permanently plastic beneath surface skin.
• High solids formulation - excellent gap filling properties.
• Good external weathering properties.

• Storage Conditions Store in original unopened containers between 15°C and 20°C

• Service Temperature: -25°C to 70°C (90°C intermittent)
• Compatibility: Can be used in contact with most building materials but should not be used against bituminous compounds.
• Yield: Approx 10 linear metres per cartridge
• Ambient Air Temperature: 5°C to 50°C
• Curing Time: Normally 7 days, the mass below remaining plastic
