This measurement wheel was made by Imex with strong fibreglass wheels for added traction over rough terrain. They also have a fold-down, foldable handle and a carrying bag for simple storage and transportation. The wheel is kept perfectly balanced for precise results by freely rotating steel guide discs on either side.
