The Makita DUX18Z is an 18V split-shaft motor unit that is compatible with a wide range of gardening attachments. The powerful brushless motor provides up to 470W of power, with a soft start system to protect the operator from sudden power loading, and an Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) which shuts down the tool if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. Featuring a tool-less installation system for attachments, the DUX18Z can be used with a range of attachments for tackling different gardening jobs.

The DUX18Z Motor Unit is supplied body only - batteries and chargers are available separately.
