What types of drill bits can I use in my drill?

The type of drill bit you can use will depend on the type of drill you’re using. SDS drills for example, are only compatible with SDS+ or SDS Max drill bits, whilst combi drills are compatible with many different types of drill bits. For more info check out our drill bit buying guide on the blog! 

Are corded or cordless drills better?

Cordless drills are becoming the industry norm due to the added convenience and portability thanks to the lack of power cables, meaning they can easily be used on the move. Corded drills on the other hand sometimes offer slightly better performance at a lower price point, however they have the obvious downside of requiring a constant power source.
