The Trend LOCK/JIG Lock Jig for Router is a versatile tool designed for accurate morticing and faceplate fitting, accommodating locks from 30mm to 250mm in length. It features infinitely adjustable sliding plates and stops, making it ideal for both standard and custom-sized locks, including multi-point lock strips. The jig is compatible with 1/2 inch capacity routers and a 30mm guidebush, and can be used with 12mm cutters like the 3/75X1/2TC, TR37X1/2TC, and C172X1/2TC. Engraved markings allow for quick, accurate setups for common door widths (35mm, 40mm, 44mm, and 54mm), and it is suitable for doors ranging from 30mm to 80mm thick. The jig's adjustable features make it adaptable for different guidebush diameters and general morticing tasks.
